We ship to the U.S.

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days. If you do not receive your package in that timeframe, please reach out to us at email@example.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Your package will be shipped overnight if order is placed before 11 AM PST Monday thru Thursday. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped out the next business day.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur. International orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Casa Rodriguez nor are they set by Casa Rodriguez, rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations.
We will only price adjust for sale promotions if it has been within 24 hours of the start or end of the sale. Sorry, we cannot offer price adjustments on holiday promotions.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ownership of packages is turned over to Shipping Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and it transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the respective carrier. Carrier information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
